The board of directors was held in Salerno at the association headquarters, as previously announced. The meeting began at 2:00 pm and ended after 5:00 pm with the presence, some also by teleconference, of six out of seven representatives.
There were many qualifying points on the agenda under discussion:

- the development and implementation of new projects. These, even if approved, will be implemented only after careful on-site verification. The projects presented during the meeting should represent the planning part for the year 2020, aimed at the correct maintenance of the kindergartens and the development of support projects in the villages where the kindergartens are located with the involvement of the communities.
It was agreed that at the end of September the volunteer speakers of projects that will be implemented during their stay will leave and appropriate strategies were discussed for the meetings to be scheduled in the next quarter, with the aim of involving the volunteers in the development of new projects and participation in events, sale of gadgets for collections to support the association's activities, activities that will allow us to verify the potential expressed by the individual participants.
