A strange date to organize an event.
Trusting despite everything, we gave it a try.
Thus, in the wonderful Grassano Park in Telese Terme, accompanied by a beautiful sunny day, we wanted to meet many young people who had encouraged us to engage in a closer meeting... to hear, from the very words of some present representatives, the story of our association.
All the young people present, after listening and asking various questions to which satisfactory answers were provided, expressed their desire to share the many motivations that have driven us to engage with the children of Africa and to continue doing so even today, after ten years.
There were more than twenty of them, coming from Baronissi, Montoro, Solofra, Telese Terme, Cerreto Sannita, Nocera, and Sorrento. A joyful group made up mostly of university students, some graduates, and others soon-to-be graduates.
It was truly pleasant to spend a day with them, engaged by their vitality and enthusiasm.
At the end, we acknowledged their willingness to help make our association known, even by supporting us as volunteers in the areas where we operate, promising a follow-up meeting in May.
The meeting concluded with a classic picnic, held in the middle of the greenery, thus staying true to the date.
