JUMPI'S KINDERGARTEN
After the completion of the roof and the external painting, the kitchen, the fence and the arrangement of the games will soon be built, after five years of abandonment the nursery will return as good as new, we had promised, and the enthusiasm of the children and teachers pushes us to go forward.
CHARAWE ASYLUM
After the latest work, the nursery is in good condition. The fence needs to be completed to ensure the safety of the children and to allow the exclusive use of the toilets since the school is adjacent to a primary school.
This kindergarten has also been equipped with computers to allow interactive lessons as soon as possible. Thanks to the commitment and dedication of the teachers, the kindergarten has become the cultural nucleus of the village that unfortunately is in a condition of extreme poverty.
MWENDAWIMA ASYLUM
The structure has been equipped with a new roof, we thank Mr. Prandelli for his contribution which allowed the work to be done from scratch, and the fencing has been done and the internal and external renovation works of the structure will soon be completed with the arrangement of the external games. The request to be able to support the hiring of a fourth teacher will be submitted to the board, as desired by the village during the meeting.
Sogeani Kindergarten Project
The beautiful structure will soon see the replacement of the entire existing and in several parts dilapidated wooden fence.
ASYLUM of UZI:
the nursery beyond a mangrove forest has a structure in excellent condition. The fence built after years for the safety of the children will soon be added to the work of building a kitchen and making the toilets more suitable.
UNGUJA NURSERY
The nursery was adopted by ALLIANZ AGENTS and remains the flagship of the structures built by Gocce d'Amore. Once the fencing and an adequate water supply system have been completed, this nursery will also soon see work to upgrade the toilet facilities.
KIBUTENI KINDERGARTEN
The first nursery founded by Gocce d’Amore in 2008, after the maintenance of the past months, is in excellent condition. The last works to be carried out were agreed with the teachers and the principal of the primary school, including the electrical system, the improvement of the outdoor spaces and the enlargement of some windows to allow greater brightness to the classrooms.
MTENDE KINDERGARTEN
The facility now hosts 123 children, a clear sign of how much the community is involved in the educational project that we have been carrying out for years. The conversation with the teachers was constructive, during which some critical issues were discussed and some improvements were proposed at the management level.
KIBIGIJA ASYLUM
The structure, which had some deficiencies, was provided with an external fence, noting that the kitchen, services and toilets are perfectly functional... external arrangements and the provision of swings and slides will be necessary to allow children to play outside.
KIKADINI ASYLUM
After various works followed including the well for water we have verified that the structure is in good condition ready to accommodate the kitchen to guarantee the children's snack.
A computer was also donated to enable interactive group lessons in this school as well.
