Volunteers Meeting Agenda – December 1st – Salerno

Dear Volunteers and Members,

We forward you the calendar of activities of the meeting that will be held in Salerno on December 1st and the information for volunteers, to be read carefully before the meeting.

  • 10.00: Start of work and greeting from the President
  • 10.30: presentation of “Il Mio Dono” (voting methods and new rules), update on the Christmas gadget initiative
  • 11.30: presentation of the project sheet
  • 12.00: Presentation by the three groups of volunteers of initiatives and proposals (as specified below)
  • 13.00: Business breakfast
  • 2.00 pm: reflection and structuring of the subgroup activities
  • 3.30pm: proposals for the March trip, confirmations of participation, definition of dates and information regarding preparation for the trip.

INFORMATION FOR VOLUNTEERS 

Dear volunteers,

Following the meeting that took place on Saturday 16 November in Naples, we share with you the day's output and the next steps.

CHRISTMAS GADGETS

Orders must be placed by December 5th, through the three local representatives:

DONATIONS OF MEDICINES “ELENA D’AMANZO PROJECT”

Anyone who has contacts or the possibility of supporting us with donations of medicines (that respect the requirements presented during the meeting) can contact Shata Diallo (392 9108701, dialloshata@yahoo.it).

WORKING GROUPS (for further information, see Attachment)

We ask all volunteers to identify a thematic area and contact the contact person. However, it will be the responsibility of the contact persons to promote the groups and make sure to have the groups formed by December 1st.

On December 1st, during the meeting that will take place in Salerno, each group will have 15 minutes to present:

1. The members of the group
2. The activities that have been identified as being the responsibility of the group (it is not necessary that the activities are all those that fall within the thematic area, it is important that you identify by yourself the activities that you would like/feel the need and usefulness of carrying out in the territory. They will then be presented and integrated together with the management)
3. Hypothesis of work structure and division of tasks
4. Necessary support from the Board of Directors

During the day, we will have the opportunity to delve into the merits of the presentations, so as to plan the initiatives of the groups by integrating them with the suggestions and comments of the board.

MARCH 2020 TRIP

  • Dates: the trip will take place between the end of February and the beginning of March (dates to be defined)
