The general meeting of members was held on April 9, 2022.
Many were present with a proxy and many members requested to formalize their presence remotely.
The meeting began with a much appreciated introduction by the president, and then the report on the budget for the past year and the budget prepared for the current year were approved.
An important point was the report on a request for collaboration received from a consultant.
This was subsequently approved in the essential points contained in the minutes of the meeting.
In the executive details and in the interface with the board of directors, on the progress of the collaboration, the choice of a partner was approved who will then participate in the definition of the projects presented to Juma, accompanying him to Zanzibar.
These projects were also discussed and will probably be implemented during the year and beyond.
Once the various items on the agenda had been discussed and fully exhausted, the election of the new 2022-2024 board of directors was held, which saw the following reconfirmed: Trotta Giovanni (president), Notari Diana (vice-president), Diallo Shata, Ghinassi Donatella, Schio Laura Andrea, Landi Andrea and the new volunteer member Rubin Federico elected.
