WE HEREBY COMMUNICATE WITH THE FOLLOWING ATTACHMENT THAT THREE MEETINGS ARE BEING ORGANIZED IN WHICH ALL MEMBERS AND ALL THOSE VOLUNTEERS WHO, BY COMPLETING AND SENDING THE QUESTIONNAIRE, HAVE EXPRESSED THEIR WILLINGNESS TO ACTIVELY COLLABORATE WITH THE INITIATIVES OF OUR ASSOCIATION WILL BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.
Dear volunteer,
We are happy to invite you to the next one series of meetings dedicated to the volunteer training path.
The meetings, open to all members and volunteers, will focus on:
- Sharing the results achieved during the September 2019 volunteer trip
- Updates on ongoing projects
- Solidarity initiatives and Christmas gadgets
- 5xMille and “My Gift – Unicredit”
- Planning activities for the March 2020 trip
Dates and locations of the meetings:
OCTOBER 20, 2019 – ROME
From 10:00 to 17:00 at the Room 2 of Basilica del Sacro Cuore, Via Marsala 37-39, 00185 Rome (in front of Termini Station).
16 NOVEMBER 2019 – NAPLES
From 10:00 to 17:00 at in a room of the Hotel Terminus, Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi, 91 (exiting the central station on the left).
1 DECEMBER 2019 – SALERNO
from 10:00 to 17:00, at the Allianz offices (Association headquarters) in Salerno, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, 140, 84122.
The volunteers who will leave for the March 2020 trip will be selected among those who:
- they filled out the questionnaire and paid the membership fee
- They will take part in training meetings and solidarity initiatives
The expenses for a working breakfast will be covered by the association, while travel expenses are covered by the volunteer.
In order to organize the day's program and lunch for all those present, we ask you to:
confirm your participation in the meeting in Rome on October 20th no later than October 14th.
