It was brought to your attention in the previous minutes of April 19 that the notary Scialpi of Rome, communicated to us that Mrs. RENATA D’AMICO had, by will, made a legacy of movable and immovable property to our association.
Once the entire succession procedure had been completed, Notary Scialpi requested from the banking institution that the amount resulting from the bank account, which was the object of the legacy of Mrs. RENATA D’AMICO, be transferred to the Unicredit current account of the association Gocce d’Amore per i bambini dell’Africa.
Having urged the Institute several times, the Notary informed us on 6 August 2024 that the Bank, for the successful completion of the procedure, required:
“a report on the conferral of powers to the President of the Association, as its legal representative, with specific reference to the succession and delegation of powers to the legal representative of the Association.”
