The general meeting of members is called at the headquarters of the Association “Gocce d’Amore per i bambini dell’Africa”, in Corso Vittorio Emanuele n.140, Salerno, in first call for Friday 8 April at 07.00 and, if the legal number for its validity is not reached, in second call for Saturday 9 April at 10.00 with the following
Agenda:
1. President's report
2. Approval of the final budget
3. Illustration of the budget estimate
4. Ratification of letter of intent for collaboration: Zop and for the village of Kibidija. Possible collaboration following the meetings held by the board with Lucrezia
5. Discussion and decision of the board of directors on a collaboration proposal received
6. Election of the new board of directors. We would like to remind all those members who wish to present their candidacy as a member of the board of directors. The functions and importance of this essential prerogative for the correct performance of the association's activity is as per the Statute. Anyone wishing to be part of it is requested to notify the secretariat no later than five days before the date scheduled for the meeting.
7. Miscellaneous
The notice will be sent by email to all members entitled to vote, inviting them to delegate in case of impossibility.
For members who are unavailable to attend, but who wish to do so, they will be able to participate remotely, so they will inform the secretariat which will publish the operating procedures a few days before.
