The general meeting of members is called at the headquarters of the Association “Gocce d’Amore per i bambini dell’Africa”, in Corso Vittorio Emanuele n.140, Salerno, in first call for Friday 19 April at 08.30 and, if the legal number for its validity is not reached, in second call for Friday 19 April at 14.30 with the following

1. President's report
2. Report and approval of final balance sheets: Unicredit generic – Unicredit solidarity – Poste year 2023.
3. Report and approval of the 2024 budget.
4. Constitution of new Members' book. Procedures and information pursuant to art. 8 of the Statute, as per the directive of the third sector membership register approved by resolution of the board of directors.
5. Constitution of the new Volunteers book. Methods and information pursuant to art. 27 of the Statute, as per the directive of the register of membership in the third sector approved by resolution of the board of directors.
6. Report on contacts with contact person, to receive new projects.
7. Report on requests made by Juma for project status, maintenance or other.
8. President's report on the information transmitted to the board (attachment).
9. Miscellaneous.
