2. Reading of volunteers' reports during the trip at the end of March 2023 / beginning of April 2023
3. Report of the interventions carried out in order to inspect the works of the sports field
4. Report of the document relating to the new 2023/2024 communication plan sent to the manager Marco Di Bello with improvement of the site and its functionality
5. Current financial statement
6. Report on the 2022 financial statement, illustration of the 2023 budget estimate and accompanying report. Discussion and approval.
7. Miscellaneous
