All documents will be attached to the minutes and anyone can request to view them by contacting the secretariat by telephone.
7—ELECTION OF THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS three-year period April 2025 / April 2027
All members as per the statute, registered in the members' book have been invited via email and with publication on the website to present their possible candidacy for board member.
For members or others who are unavailable to participate but would like to, they will be able to participate remotely, and it is recommended to notify the secretariat in good time so that it can make the operating procedures known.
