Call for meeting.
We are at the beginning of May and we will certainly get to the end of June because (due to the virus) we will finally be given the opportunity to regain our freedom to meet.
The minutes of the members' meeting in Naples - established in the first and second call on April 4, 2020 - recorded the reasons for his suspension.
Given this state of uncertainty, having heard the opinion of the president, it is deemed necessary to resume the suspended meeting via video conference
The date is set for Thursday 21 May 2020 at 1 pm in the first call and at 3 pm in the second call in Salerno at the association headquarters - Corso Vittorio Emanuele 140 or by connecting through a link that will be provided to those who confirm their participation.
In addition to discussing and possibly approving the agenda items of the previous meeting, which are here considered to be fully repeated and transcribed, a new board of directors will also have to be chosen.
IMPORTANT on the merits:
- anyone wishing to apply must do so, communicating it in advance to the secretariat, so that the list of candidates can be made known on the day set for the meeting and obviously the same person must participate in it.
- only way to vote: be present or be connected via video conference.
In this way we would have the possibility of formally verbalizing and regularizing everything, bringing the regular verbal, together with other documentation, to the Regional office in Salerno for the renewal of the "operational non-profit organization" decree for a further two years.
