EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE MEMBERS
The board of directors of Gocce d’Amore Onlus and members who are interested are invited to meet for the first meeting on April 9th at 7:00 am at the Salerno headquarters at Corso Vittorio Emanuele, 140.
To participate in person where possible or remotely, due to Covid, connecting via video conference to participate

At the second call – same place – at 1.00 pm the following day – 10 April 2021–
To discuss and approve the following points placed
ON THE AGENDA;
– The legislation and what will change with the introduction of the law that will modify the voluntary sector.
– Discussion and approval of the new statute already approved by the board of directors
Once the changes to the statute compiled according to the indications provided by law 117 have been approved by the board of directors, they must be ratified by the extraordinary assembly with the majorities provided for by the current and still valid statute.
In the event that you are unable to attend, you may be present remotely by following the instructions provided and communicated by email on March 15, 2021 for the convocation of the ordinary meeting of members and board of directors, called for the same day.

The notice will be sent by email to all members entitled to vote electronically, inviting them to delegate in case of impossibility.
