The board of directors of Gocce d'Amore Onlus and members who are interested are invited to meet for the first meeting on April 9th, at 7.00 am, at the Salerno headquarters at Corso Vittorio Emanuele, 140. participate in person where possible due to Covid, or remotely connecting in web meeting.
In case of lack of quorum, in second call same place at 10.30 am on 10 April 2021 to participate in person, or connecting remotely in a web meeting, on the Cisco Webex Meet platform, to discuss and approve the following items on the agenda:
- President's report
- Final budget
- Budget
- Discussion and approval of attachments a-b-c-d-e - already sent for information to the board
- Discussion and possible approval of the IT consultant consultancy contract and possible approval of the amount requested for site structure modification.
- Volunteers – new structure – training – meetings – perspectives – indication of possible new events or projects – participation in the next trip to Zanzibar.
- Miscellaneous.
The notice will be sent by email to all members entitled to vote electronically, inviting them to delegate in case of impossibility.
For remote connection in web meeting, you are invited to provide the secretariat with an email address where you will receive an invitation to participate.
